WHAT TIME DOES THE CINEMA OPEN?

Monday - Fridday 11Am - 9pm 
Saturday - Sunday 10AM - 9Pm
 
 

HOW DO I BOOK TICKETS?

You can book tickets online through our website or in person at the cinema.
 

 HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE FOR A CHILD / ADULT / SENIOR CITIZEN TICKET?

A Child ticket is available for guests aged 14 years and under. An Adult ticket is for guests aged 15 years and over, and a Senior ticket is available for guests aged 60 years and over.
 

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

Our ticket prices can be found on our PRICING page, where you'll find information on all ticket types and pricing.
 

WHAT IS IMPACT?

Impact is our large-format screen, offering a bigger screen and a more immersive cinema experience.
 

 I NEED TO CHANGE / CANCEL MY BOOKING. CAN YOU HELP?

Bookings can only be amended or refunded if Flexi-Booking was added to your transaction at checkout.
 
If you have purchased Flexi-Booking and need to make a change or cancel your booking, please contact us at office@forestcinema.co.uk with your booking details. Please allow plenty of time before your scheduled screening.
 

  I CAN'T SEE FILM TIMES ONLINE FOR THE DAY/FILM I'M LOOKING FOR. ARE YOU NOT SHOWING IT?

Our film schedule runs from Friday to Thursday. Showtimes for the following week are usually published by 6:00pm on Monday.
If you can't find the film or date you're looking for, it may be because our next week's schedule hasn't been released yet.
 

IS FOREST CINEMAS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes. Forest cinema is fully accessible, with wheelchair spaces available in our auditoriums. Lift access is available into the cinema, and a second lift provides access to all of our screens
 

WHAT ID CAN I USE TO SHOW MY AGE FOR 15 / 18 RATED FILMS?

Any valid form of photo ID that details your date of birth is acceptable.
 

CAN I TAKE MY BABY TO THE CINEMA/ DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM?

Yes, babies are welcome at Forest cinema. Children aged 2 and over require their own ticket. Children under 2 may attend free of charge, provided they sit on a parent or guardian's lap throughout the film.
 
We also hold Parent & Baby screenings, specially designed for parents and guardians with babies under 24 months.

HOW LONG ARE ADVERTS AND TRAILERS?

Adverts and trailers usually last around 20 minutes before the main feature begins.
Please note that this is not an approximate duration and may vary slightly.
 

CAN I HIRE FOREST CINEMAS FOR A PRIVATE EVENT?

Yes. Forest Cinemas welcomes private hire bookings — for birthdays, celebrations and group events — from across East London.
 

WHAT IS THE 7PM RULE?

For any screening starting at or after 7:00pm, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
We may ask for photo ID.If no valid ID can be provided, entry will not be permitted.
